In 2024, the transformation of this old office building was completed, and Driek was born, named after Frederik Philips, co-founder of Philips. It features 47 different studios and apartments, ranging from 22 m2 to 44 m2.
All properties have energy label A++ and are fully furnished and equipped with a 4K smart TV with channels, (wireless) internet and an airconditioning system.
